Best Writing Tools... Amendment
I ran across a new instructional website for writers and despite the dozens of books and websites I've already read, this site had some new and interesting tidbits of information.
That site is much more detailed than most of the other sites I've found. It also doesn't contain personal anecdotes like the websites from the first Best of the Best quotes. I think it reads a bit like lecture notes from a college creative writing class.
